Ersol: one company EET is closely monitoring
On 2 June 08, the share price of ErSol Solar Energy AG (ErSol), the Germany-based developer, manufacturer and distributor of photovoltaic products, closed at 100.90 euros (a +63 % jump to the share closing price on Friday 30 May 08) as Robert Bosch GmbH, the world's biggest automotive supplier, purchased the 50.45% of Ventizz Capital’s stake in the company.
This shows the beginning of the consolidation process in the industry.
EET considers that other moves of this type may occur sooner than expected.
