| Last May, Certivea celebrated five years of HQE certification in the tertiary construction sector. To date, 730 transactions, 11 million square meters are certified under the brand HQE in France and abroad. |
This know-how developed in relation with the sustainable buildings performance and this recognition from the real estate players leads Certivea to accelerate the development of HQE certification internationally.
Until then, we certified outside French boundaries with a technical scheme linked to French regulations. It became necessary to develop, just as our colleagues does, a tool more suitable to international expectations both in terms of requirements, references and processes. This certification dedicated to the international market keeps the components that make the success of the HQE certification: global approach, technical expertise, high performance, adaptability and transparency.
Certivea is glad to announce the development of aninternational offer with the goal of an official launch at the end of the first quarter 2012.
