Jeevan Ganesan
Prior to setting up EET, Jeevan worked at Schroders as a Risk Manager initially in London and then as Regional Risk Manager Asia ex Japan based in Hong Kong. In his time at Schroders, Jeevan was heavily involved in the establishment of the Group Risk Management framework for Schroders in London and then led the roll out of the framework in the Asia Pacific region. This involved a roll out of policies and systems together with recruitment and training of staff in Schroders offices in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
Jeevan also worked in the Treasury Department at Usaha Tegas Sdn. Bhd, ("UTSB") an investment holding company based in Kuala Lumpur. He was involved in UTSB's fund raising and investment activities covering UTSB's oil and gas assets in Australia, Asia and Africa. Prior to this, Jeevan worked as consultant in Natwest Group's Business Reengineering Department ("Natwest") in London during which he was involved in project work aimed at improving the cost structure and efficiency of the Natwest's retail and corporate banking units.
Jeevan is a certified accountant (UK) and graduated with a BSc (Economics) from London School of Economics ("LSE") and an MBA from Chicago Business School.
