Christophe George

Until May 2007, Mr. Christophe George was responsible for Customer Relationships and Loyalty Cards activities at Carrefour Group Holding, the world second largest retailer. Mr. George was in charge of deploying marketing activities, organisations and information systems throughout the Group's branches in Western Europe, Latin America and Asia. Prior to Carrefour, Mr. George specialised in Business Development and Project Management in the consulting sector. He was in charge of key accounts at Umanis, one of the largest players of Business Intelligence & Customer Relationship Management in the French market. The areas he covered were mainly: consumer goods, retailing and luxury goods.

Before joigning Umanis, Mr George was Communication & Marketing Manager at Bull Group, a French market Leader in IT services and infrastructures where he was responsible for structuring marketing offers, developing technological partnerships and coordinating communication activities (sponsorship, symposiums and lobbying).

At the beginning of his career, Mr. George was an analyst/researcher for Beigbeder & Partners, an executive search firm specialized in placing Board members, CEOs and other senior management members.

In 2004, Mr. George launched, as co-founder, "Polyculture Paris", a Business & Friendship Network aiming at reinforcing links between Europe and Asia.

Mr. George holds a BA in Economics, Grenoble PostGraduate Business School (GEM).
