EET credentials
How we started
EET's co-founders have been concerned by and involved in environmental activities for a long period of time. We believe that, even if it is only for economic reasons, it is now high time to stop acting like predators towards our planet.
We created EET to provide substantial returns on investment while supporting high potential companies that are building innovative technologies aimed at preventing present and future environmental problems.
Our geographical areas of expertise are Asia and Western Europe. These are also regions where either R&D is highly developed or the potential market for environment friendly technologies very promising.
We focus on technology potential, in terms of markets and quality of solution, organisational sustainability, strong management, and scalability. This focus on R&D and technology is made possible by our strong network with public and private research bodies; most of them actively interested in strengthening their links with the private sector.
EET manages Eurasia Clean Technology Fund, a Cayman Island based investment vehicle targeting listed companies focused on environment friendly technologies or services.
EET is also active in Private Equities and take stakes in start ups or early stage companies devoted to clean technology.
We are also glad to act as consultants in this sector, particularly in respect of Europe-Asia development or exchanges.
How we work
When screening companies to invest in, we first check if their sub-sector growth is based on long-term factors. Then to be selected, the company must possess one or more sustainable competitive edges.
Our in-depth expertise allows us to conduct an original due diligence and identify the most promising companies in each sector.
With a geographical spread covering Europe and Asia and solid knowledge of environmental issues, the EET team has extensive business experience in:
- R&D
- General management
- Company creation
- Finance
- Sales
- Communications and marketing
